Investor Funnel is a dynamic financial forecasting tool specifically engineered for franchise owners and potential investors. This application enables users to thoroughly analyze and project the profitability of their locations. It provides a secure, role-based dashboard that visually represents potential revenue growth through a unique, multi-step "profit funnel." Key Features: • Interactive Data Dashboard: Users can view all franchise locations within a sortable, searchable, and exportable table. Selecting a location instantly updates the entire dashboard to focus on that specific store's data. • Customizable Profit Funnel: The core of the application is a visual funnel that models potential profitability. Administrators can define custom growth tiers (e.g., "Increase New Customers," "Improve Visit Frequency") and set specific percentage or flat-rate increases for each. • Real-Time Calculations: The application instantly recalculates and displays projected "New Gross Revenue" and "Profit Improvement" across the entire dashboard as financial models are adjusted, providing immediate feedback on growth strategies. • Secure Admin & Viewer Roles: Access is password-protected with two distinct roles: an 'Admin' with full CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) capabilities for locations and settings, and a 'Viewer' with read-only access to the data. • Offline-Ready PWA: The application functions as a fully installable Progressive Web App (PWA), delivering a native-app experience on both desktop and mobile devices, complete with cached data for seamless offline access.
